Returns
While we really want you enjoy our products and receive the full benefits that come with a high quality clinical line, we know that our products are not suited for everyone. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days from receiving your order, you are entled to a full unconditional refund.
To be eligible for your refund, you will need to contact us by email at returns@trilliumsl.ca indicating your desire to return the product(s) and indicate in a sentence or two why you are unhappy. We will forward a return material authorization (RMA) number and a mailing label by email. Once the package is received by our warehouse, a credit will be applied within 15 days to your credit card or other form of payment if used .
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
